DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
We schedule all appointments for Tuesday through Saturday. Most services for bikes may be completed on a same-day basis. For most services an appointment is required, however if you have questions, need a pickup, or other assistance please don’t hesitate to call (828) 255-6600
HOW LONG WILL MY BIKE BE IN THE SHOP?
While this generally depends on the service being performed, turn around time can sometimes be affected by parts availability, seasonal workshop load, or other circumstances. For almost all factory- recommended services and maintenance items, appointments are encouraged, and we try our best to have the bike completed and back to you within 24-48 hours. Most services can be performed while you wait, provided an appointment is made in advance. In some cases, parts may need to be special ordered for the repairs/ services at hand. You can be assured that in these cases we will work to get your parts as quickly as possible and have your bike back to you promptly. We will do all that is within our power to communicate to you any issues involving delays in the repair process.
WILL MY BIKE BE RIDDEN WHILE IN FOR SERVICE?
We test ride every bike that we work on, no matter how small or large the service. We consider the test ride to be an essential part of our work. This test ride allows us to be thorough and ensure safe and reliable operation of your motorcycle through verification that all the systems on your motorcycle are functioning properly. Our priority is for you to have a safe and fun RIDE!
DO WE STOCK OEM SERVICE PARTS FOR BMW AND KTM?
Yes, we keep a full stock of OEM service parts for both BMW and KTM. These service parts are essential to the maintenance and upkeep of your bike. From gaskets to oil filters, oil to valve shims, we are 100% committed to our brands and their top-tier service standards.
HOW CAN I EXPEDITE MY SERVICE?
Planning in advance and making an appointment at least 2 weeks prior to the date of service is a good way to ensure minimal downtime.
DO WE ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Our goal is to service everyone that walks in the door. We are located in a two wheel destination so we try day-in and day-out to prioritize travelers within our service schedule. We specialize in BMW and KTM, but can perform basic services on other brands. Please call and we can help determine a service plan for your bike.
CAN I LEAVE MY BIKE AT THE SHOP FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE IS DONE?
We can hold your bike for up to seven days after the completion of service at no cost to you. In the case that a bike is here for longer than one week after the service, a $10.00-per-day storage fee applies.
