Q: DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
A: We schedule appointments for Tuesday through Saturday. Some services for bikes can be done on a same day basis - provided the bike is dropped off by noon, it will be done by the end of the same business day. For most services an appointment is required, however if you need a pickup or assistance please don’t hesitate to call 828-255-6600.
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY BIKE BE IN THE SHOP?
A: For some of our services, we can have the bike back to you in 24-48 hours. Some services ( involving valve checks, etc.) require that the bike sit overnight. Also in some cases parts may need to be special ordered for the repairs/ services at hand. You can be assured that in these cases we will work to get your parts as quickly as possible, and have your bike back to you promptly. We will also do all that is within our power to communicate to you any issues involving delays in the repair process.
Q: CAN I DROP MY BIKE OFF EARLY?
A: Yes, while our showroom opens at 9am our service department can sometimes get you in sooner. Please call ahead to make arrangements for early drop off. If you need to drop your bike off several days in advance we can accommodate you. And when you’re in a hurry: We have an express service door on the right side of the patio for easy entry to the service area/office.
Q: CAN I LEAVE MY BIKE AT THE SHOP FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE IS DONE?
A: We can hold your bike for up to seven days after the completion of service at no cost to you. In the case that a bike is here for longer than one week after the service, a $10.00 per day storage fee applies.
Q: MY PARTS WILL BE SPECIAL ORDERED FROM GERMANY? HOW LONG WILL THAT TAKE?
A: Usually the parts if special ordered will be located in one of the BMW North America warehouses but in the case we are ordering from Germany it can take up to 7 days for delivery. For those parts needed yesterday, we do feature a VOR ordering that allows most parts 1 day delivery from BMW NA and 1-2 days from BMW Germany, charges do apply.
